Loft with a downtown view!
Southside has been an amazing place to live. I have worked downtown for over 4 years and now that I am finally 5 minutes away from downtown and 5 minutes away from the hospital it is so convenient. Not only is my loft absolutely huge but I love that all the hardwood floors are the original flooring. Since the building is a historic building there are many imperfections which make it unique. We have art galleries, a wine bar, coffee shop and even a dry cleaner in the building. The building is also home to many small businesses that rent out the lofts for example: law offices, hair studios, mini boutiques. There is so much that you can do without leaving home. Overall I love living here and would highly recommend it.
