Villas at Katy Trail
Good location, very cheap for where it is located. This is because the inside has not been updated in a very long time and the building ownership does not make upgrades. But this place is well maintained and management is responsive to maintenance requests. Kind of loud if in an exterior apartment. Parking is half compact spaces so be prepared.

Great price for the location but lacking in other areas
The location and price are great. The management and the quality of the apartment are not great. If you want a decent place to live in a great location for a great price, the Villas is a great option. If you want your apartment to be full of nice finishes, have nice amenities, and have accessible/helpful management, then the Villas is not the place for you.

Awesome location
Steps away from the Katy Trail and a variety of dining and social options. Just a short drive from major highways to get anywhere in Dallas. There is a giant pool and an indoor racquetball court. Maintenance response time is quick and management in the office is always so nice! Even giving treats to my dog.

Great Location
This is the perfect location for those who want to live walking distance to everything. The nice thing is that these apartments are affordable to live in versus other apartments around us. The management is okay however the apartments are very old and I believe our rent money should go to use and make the apartments more livable instead of having the stairwells smell like vomit each day. However with the downfalls of the building its self you can not beat the rent price and location! We are right on the Katy trail and close to everything.

Oak Lawn Reviews
This is a very active neighborhood with a bar scene on the weekends. There are homeless people who live around here, but they have never bothered me. While I wouldn't call it a dangerous neighborhood, there is probably a little more crime than some larger complexes such as the Village.
