Good but expensive
Been fine so far - brief roach problem, but management cleared it up quickly - apparently caused by a neighbor moving out, so very much not the norm.

Quiet spacious light but pricey
The apartment I rent is spacious and quiet. The neighbors are fine, it's pet friendly but for the offer, I think it is a little over-priced. Nothing is included in the rent, the gym is very expensive, there is no roof-top (10th floor is NO roof) and many problems with the washing utilities. Anyway, it is fair for NY I guess, the view is amazing and large closets are highly appreciated by my wife !

There is nothing more important for me than location and the I've got it so good here that I forget what it's like to have a bad commute

Great location and amenities but pricey
The Marc is located in a fantastic area--a few blocks away from Central Park and Columbus Circle, and grocery stores, Duane Reade and other necessities within a block's reach. The building itself is pretty nice, with a gorgeous lobby, but elevators can be annoying sometimes (there's one that is perpetually in repair). Amenities are good (laundry inside the building, and a small gym) and the front desk personnel are great. I haven't had any real issues with management so far and my main gripe is the price of the apartment units.
