Good Apartment

I love the apartment but it is about 500 square feet and the windows are awful. The sound comes right in and I feel as if my window is open noise wise all the time. The value 3300/month I feel is insane but I do get a doorman, laundry in my building and close access to wherever I want to go.

Safe Neighboorhood

There are tons of new restaurants along Second Avenue that are very good and lots of young professionals in the area. Grand Central is close for public transportation and makes commuting very easy. I recommend Midtown East to anyone looking for reasonable rent.
