Excellent

Great maintenance staff, prompt response to things, love the included garage parking, and there's a discount for Maryland employees to live there.

The amenities are nice (Pool, hot tub, gym). The walls are thin. Management is so-so. There was a switch to greystar and that caused some discourse.

it’s been great. Management has been good. the building has other Boothies but is much smaller than MPP, Mira, or 73

Love it!

I love Blockyard. It is brand new and has great amenities: a pool, gym, dogpark, and community areas. It is 10 minutes from Rowling Hall by bus, the bus stop (route 18) is in front of the building and takes you all over Martin Luther King street. Also the rail stop is 2 blocks away, which goes from downtown all over to the Domain.

The Blockyard is Great

Very positive experience with no problems. Lots of MBAs live either here or in the apartments nearby. Very accessible to Rowling Hall via bus or less than a 10-minute drive.

Great apartment, but the leasing office is difficult to work with for most tasks. They are all nice, but incredibly slow.

Great Setup!

Parkline is a great spot! The apartments are new and modern, with solid appliances. Management is friendly and attentive to any maintenance issues. The 18th floor study space is great, along with the gym and outdoor area on the 4th floor. It is quieter, with fewer Boothies living there, but still close in proximity to MPP.

Brand new, high quality. Not particularly walkable

Basically title. Management and maintenance are very responsive. Package/doorstep delivery is imperfect, but not a big issue.

Comfortable and Convenient Location!

Really think I picked the right choice for me. I am a grad student @Northwestern and the close walk to campus is ideal! The apartment amenities are great.

Only downfalls are 1) kitchen sinks don't have garbage disposal so it gets clogged easily 2) only one wifi option and it isn't good 3) they turn on heat very early on and you don't have AC (they can either have heater or AC on at the same time)

Do Not Move Here

1 management rating Reviewed by on

The amenities in this apartment are fine but the building is poorly built. You can hear every movement from every apartment around you. The building has become a dorm and there are constantly people in the lobby and lounge blasting music and being disruptive to the community. Do not move here if you value your peace.

Very solid. Great view, relatively close to campus, nice rooms.

So far, Park Evanston has been very solid. The room is nice and comfortable, the view is awesome, management has been nice and responsive, and everything has worked pretty well. The building is a bit older, but the maintenance team has been quick to respond and has been effective in handling the issues as the arise.

Building is fine

Building has great amenities, good management and is decent to live in. My main issue is that the walls are a little thin. But this building puts in a lot of effort to make a community here.
