Good value and great location
I really enjoy living at the Morgan; this was a great find. My roommate is also a good friend of mine that found this place online, and when we came to see it, we fell in love. We have been here for 2 years while finishing undergrad, and could not be happier.
Happy with my Living Situation
I am very pleased with living at Left Bank at K Station but I just wish it was a little cheaper and I would have stayed much longer. I Also wish I didn't hear the Metra in my unit but then again I might not hear it if I was higher up in floors. Good location.
Good building, great location
I have really enjoyed living here. The location is amazing - it's close to everything and accessible to public transportation. The apartments are nice, and the management is very responsive. They have been doing a lot of renovations on the building. The only downside is the cost - it's not as affordable as it was 2 years ago when I moved in.
Beautiful building with great amenities in an awesome neighborhood.
Left Bank at K Station is a beautiful building right next to Ogilvie Metra Station. It is convienently located on the border of The Loop and West Loop neighborhood, which provides an easy commute with also access to a great neighborhood with tons of high quality restaurants and bars.
I picked this building mainly because of its proximity to the train station, and I've been happy with my choice from day one. Management and staff are friendly and helpful. My apartment is very comfortable and has everything I was looking for - lots of storage space, washer/dryer, large kitchen with nice finishes, balcony. A really nice gym, communal outdoor space, bike storage and community events/promos have been nice bonuses as well. I'd recommend the building to anyone.
Amazing Location! Spacious and Safe.

-Obviously a neat ambiance
I like the building and the amenities. I wish it had more of a neighborhood feel but it isn't hard to get places with public transit. The gym is nice and seems to be well equipt with equipment. I also like the outdoor terrace in the summer. Also parking is reasonable.
Experience at Left Bank
Been here 2.5 yrs. Very practical, close to work, close to transportation and good gym etc. lacks close by quick food options. The building is clean, staff is friendly, people tend to mind their own business. Building hasn't improved in a few years but is still modern and has everything you'd need.
Left Bank is beautiful. The building seems brand new, and the amenities are unmatched. There is a pool, and a gym. They allow dogs of up to 25 pounds, and 2 cats in every apartment. There is dry cleaning on-site! This building is a little pricey, but well worth it!
Pricey but worth it
If you can afford this place, I highly recommend it! Though we pay more for rent than many of our friends, our location is unbeatable-- just a skip, hop, and a jump from the North/Clybourn station, every shop you can imagine in the Sheffield Corridor, and many bars and restaurants at Halsted and Armitage. Our apartment was recently renovated, so that's why we pay more than a lot of other people in this building. If I could downgrade to an apartment the same size but not as recently redone for a price cut, I totally would.
