My apartment is clean, large, and has a lot of storage space.
There is a gym, parking garage, and good mail service.

For the price it is very average but i don't mind it.

I love living here. I feel extremely safe and everyone in the front office is super helpful. It is located in a great area, close to many things. I will say guest parking can be frustrating because you can only register one car at a time plus it is $5 for every time you want to have someone come to your apartment.

My husband and I have had an overall great experience living here over the past year. While most of the appliances are a bit older, they still function well. The apartment is also spacious and has plenty of room for the two of us and our cat. We also really like the area, especially since we are literally across the street from the Durango Casino. While living across from the casino might sound like an inconvenience to some, the surrounding neighborhood is largely suburban. We are also walking distance to a very nice park. I would recommend this place to any students who are married and are looking for a decently affordable place to live.

Random nonsensical fees, incorrect billing statements, rarely available parking spots, drafty apartments, nonexistent staff, who never pick up the phone, open the office, respond to emails, nor respond to voicemails. They got bought out by Benedict Canyon Equities of Los Angeles last year, and it has gone downhill ever since. RUN.

The Yale 25 Station is only two stops from the University of Denver station via the E and H light rail lines. It's also within walking distance from King Soopers and a public library. While it's on the expensive side, it's nothing a roommate or two can't help.

A little further from campus (about 20 minutes), but near a lot of fun things in downtown Lafayette/Louisville. No issues with management/maintenance; they have been super responsive. There are open space trails right next door and it is close to a bus stop. Also a pretty quiet area but can still hear some noises from neighbors through the walls.
