Safe and quiet
Expensive, but safest area in downtown Los Angeles. Quiet at night. Adjacent to the Broad with heavy police and museum security presence 24/7. 15 minute drive to USC.
Great building, awful management
The amenities are better than any other building I have ever rented in. The management is so awful. They never budge with you on anything and stick to their process. They hid construction, eliminated dog parks, increased rent (just to decrease it online)
500 North Lake Shore Drive is the BEST place to live
500 North Lake Shore Drive has outstanding door service, amazing amenities, and immaculate grounds. The pool and hot tub are always in perfect condition, as is the rest of the building. The doormen are not only friendly, but also extremely helpful. You absolutely cannot hear your neighbors like in most apartment buildings.
LOVE this building.
Most Amazing Apartment I've Ever Rented
I recently moved from New York (so my standards are skewed a little), but this apartment has exceeded everything! I knocked it down a point because sometimes the elevators can be slow. The gym, the pool, the view and the actual apartment are gorgeous and very well maintained. Management is very responsive and the doormen are friendly and kind. It's a dream!
Tribeca Park - expensive, but lots of amenities
Great apartment building with lots of families. Pool and gym in building, as well as a beautiful rooftop with views of the Hudson River and parts of NYC. However, apartments are expensive, and the building can no longer be considered "new construction."
Stunning city and full park views. Great neighborhood, steps form park and Columbus Circle. Many amazing restaurants like Milos and Nobu, new Hyatt is also short distance. Whole food is close by. Apartments are high end. Great gym. Beautiful lobby and great doormen.
I love living here!
Friendly, clean, always helpful. If something needs to be fixed they are literally there immediately to get it fixed. It's pricey but you get what you pay for, especially in Tribeca, everything is expensive. There's no storage but they do have storage bins that you can pay extra for. It didn't matter for me because I didn't really need any additional space.
I love the location of my building. There are many great restaurants and bars close by. The building offers great amenities-gym, doorman, swimming pool etc. Also, great for families. Pets are also welcomed! Great school are located nearby and safe!!!!
I love the building. The lobby feels fancy but homey. The amenities are amazing and the staff is always kind and helpful. I can put in a work order online and it will usually be addressed immediately. I was able to pay my rent online but the system has had trouble since the beginning of the year. The location is very up and coming. There is a ton of construction, but I plan to live here long enough to reap the benefits of the area when it's finished.
The apartment, staff and overall living experience is pleasant. Everything I could ever need is taken care of with only one request made. The roof terrace is pleasant and well maintained. I wish there was a more functional use of the grills. I love it here!
Building is nice, apartments are nice. Neighborhood is ok, not the best but it is a decent deal for the money. Neighbors are nice, light is good. Managing agent is good, super is polite. Lots of places around, although I usually hang out downtown. Not bad for the price.
Good for young families
Beautiful building but we are on the younger side. Better for young families
Love living at at 1100 Millecento. Easy access to Metromover and metrorail which is super convenient. The location is fantastic (Mary Brickell Village), and the building is great. Wouldn't change a thing!!
Center of Brickell
Great apartment, but very loud with tons of construction. You need to be prepared for loud noises any time of the day and night. Yes, it is much less noisy at night, but 6AM rolls around and it's back. Once construction is done, Brickell area will be amazing. The location is one of the best right next to the Metromover and Metrorail making it easy to go to work.
Good condo but room for improvement
We moved in before the building was finished, but almost a year later they're still working out the bugs. Elevators aren't fully functional, business center isn't finished, and parking changes every month. Staff are helpful and attentive and building is beautiful though! Lots of great amenities, building kept up pretty well, and pools are incredible. The parking is poorly designed but valet efficient. Expensive though for second spot!
