Lovely building, well managed and great facilities but expensive

The building is new and well managed. The staff are nice. The gym is great. There are a lot of people you can pet or babysit for. There is a pool in the summer. It is lovely but the cost is quite high.

River Crossing in East Harlem

My apartment is currently being renovated so in the next year, it will have a gym and common "lounge". That also means there may be a substantial increase in rent.

It's far from school, but it's a gem

Boyfriend and I were looking for a place in Westchester. This checked all of the boxes: 1 bedroom, close to transit, in-unit washer/dryer, even a small balcony! It's a condo building, so we rent from the owners of the place. The building looks old on the outside, but our unit was renovated recently and looks great. It is a little bit of a trek to school, but given the price and other life factors (boyfriend works from home so it would be rough for him to sit in a small Manhattan apartment all day), it makes sense for us.

Safe and quiet

Expensive, but safest area in downtown Los Angeles. Quiet at night. Adjacent to the Broad with heavy police and museum security presence 24/7. 15 minute drive to USC.

Great building, awful management

2 management rating Reviewed by on

The amenities are better than any other building I have ever rented in. The management is so awful. They never budge with you on anything and stick to their process. They hid construction, eliminated dog parks, increased rent (just to decrease it online)

Most Amazing Apartment I've Ever Rented

I recently moved from New York (so my standards are skewed a little), but this apartment has exceeded everything! I knocked it down a point because sometimes the elevators can be slow. The gym, the pool, the view and the actual apartment are gorgeous and very well maintained. Management is very responsive and the doormen are friendly and kind. It's a dream!

500 North Lake Shore Drive is the BEST place to live

10 management rating Reviewed by on

500 North Lake Shore Drive has outstanding door service, amazing amenities, and immaculate grounds. The pool and hot tub are always in perfect condition, as is the rest of the building. The doormen are not only friendly, but also extremely helpful. You absolutely cannot hear your neighbors like in most apartment buildings.

LOVE this building.

Tribeca Park - expensive, but lots of amenities

Great apartment building with lots of families. Pool and gym in building, as well as a beautiful rooftop with views of the Hudson River and parts of NYC. However, apartments are expensive, and the building can no longer be considered "new construction."

I love living here!

Friendly, clean, always helpful. If something needs to be fixed they are literally there immediately to get it fixed. It's pricey but you get what you pay for, especially in Tribeca, everything is expensive. There's no storage but they do have storage bins that you can pay extra for. It didn't matter for me because I didn't really need any additional space.
