Great for Grad Students

Quiet neighborhood, very clean & friendly. Great amenities (2 gyms, 3 pools, bbq areas, dog park, mini grocery store, parking). Fast turnaround for maintenance & email communications. I’ve lived at Doral View for almost 3 years now, and love it.

Good apartment for grad students

The apartment itself is great. Great location, spacious floor plan. We are close to one of the pools and the apartment gym so that is great. Management is extremely helpful and very responsive when we need maitenance or have a question about rent. It is more expensive than I have previously paid for an apartment, but this is Miami. It takes me about 15 minutes to get to FIU, and 10 minutes if I take the highway. My favorite part of this apartment is that there is a turnpike exit nearby so it makes it easy to go either North or South. Overall, 8/10 apartment and we plan on renewing our lease!

Best Building in Bunker Hill

10 management rating Reviewed by on

Bunker Hill is the best neighborhood in DTLA. It is safer than all other areas of downtown, is well located to public transit and freeways, and has lots of entertainment options (Grand Park, museums, libraries, Disney Theater, Little Tokyo and Arts District adjacent, Grand Central market, etc). DTLA gets a bad rap, and in some cases this is deserved. But Bunker Hill should be considered an exception. Nearlly all DTLA/litigation jobs are on Bunker Hill, so many UCLA Law students would benefit from living in this neighborhood short and long term.

Amazing building; the management and management are very receptive and will fix anything immediately if needed, lots of nice free events, amazing gym and pool/amenity floor. In unit washer and dryers. Only an 11 year old building so everything is very new and clean; No pest issues unlike a lot of the other student buildings. Lovely view of the lake. Very close to campus. Planning to live here all 4 years. Very quiet too, I’ve never heard anything from any of the other apartments through the walls or ceiling. Can control your own temperature

I absolutely love the community. It’s the best deal I found in the area for a modern, spacious apartment with washer and dryer in the unit and pools/gyms included. The 10 minute drive to campus is unmatched. Highly recommended!

Lovely building

Very wonderful building. Great staff, close to school, great gym, great view. Honestly it is a dream to live here. It is expensive so I share with my sister and that brings us down to paying about 1600$ each per month to share about 700 square feet which is plenty for us but depends if you would want more space.

I love it! The only downside is the cost, but it is so clean and the management really cares about the residents.

It's nice but overpriced.

The staff is great but there is a revolving door of employees. The concierge sometimes doesn't answer the phone. There is no guest parking. Other than that, I feel safe here, the facilities are clean, the pool is 24 hrs, and I love that the employees are super nice.

I have really enjoyed living at Doral View. Where it is more expensive it makes up for in the gorgeous amenities, cleanliness, and community. There are 3 pools, outdoor seating areas, dog parks, tennis courts, etc. and the premises is very well kept. All of the people are very friendly and you can always see someone walking their dogs or out on a run. It’s like its own neighborhood and very close to campus.

I love living here and the staff and amenities are great. It is expensive for students so usually better if you can share the rent with someone.
