Love the location of this complex! I was able to get rid of my car and take the bus to work. downtown. It's great being on the Greenbelt, close to Zilker Park and Mopac.

The apartment itself is slightly outdated, but management has been very responsive when issues arise. It is a safe community

Aged apartments in a quiet, safe area.

The apartments are cozy and in a safe area. The maintenance crew are quick to respond to requests. They have re-purposed a tennis court to serve as a dog park. The laundry facilities are well lit. There is an HEB within walking distance and several bus stops around the corner.

Awesome industrial feel, great neighborhood

I've lived in two of the Deep Ellum Lofts buildings, and they really are great spaces and in a sweet location.
The only problem is management - once you've moved in they do not care about you. At all. Misty was borderline hostile in the background of a phone call I had with their office.
Luckily I am handy so I fix my own maintenance issues, because Westdale seems dedicated to maintaining their properties in the cheapest way possible.

Nice place to live

The Players Club is a centrally located complex that feels very safe. It could use some updating though as the apartments are older. The laundry room is not the greatest so I would suggest washing your clothes elsewhere. Sometimes it is hard to get use of the machines at the gym as it is not very large.

The location is perfect. Management can be hard to get ahold of. They're usually okay at getting things fixed. Kind of old crappy building, but it's not ridiculously expensive, yet. Greenbelt and TacoDeli right there. Bus right there. Cheap uber downtown.

Overpriced, but what can you do?

The apt is fine for a low key person like me. Could always use less carpet, nicer mgmt, and cheaper rent. The maintenance issues that I have had maybe have not been dealt with a sense of urgency, but luckily, I have not had any real emergencies.

Okay for leaving if you don't have great expectation. Its an old apartment so nothing great about it. The only advantage is the shuttle service of UT which covers the apartment. This is a good option for those who are working in UT.
Safety wise it is good and one can go for jog in late evening. HEB is very close which save lot of time in groceries.

Great location, beautiful nature access

The location is ideal for me, work and socially, and i love having such easy access to the greenbelt. The units are outfitted well, though there is always room for improvement. Wish it had a better gym, nicer exteriors, more security on site, and nicer common areas for people to gather in and socialize

Quiet and affordable

Westdale Parke provides great benefits for the price you pay. Swimming pool, tennis court and a gym are a plus. Bus stops are located just in front of the complex and the staff is amazing: very helpful and efficient.

The main problem is the traffic during rush hours if you need to get to UT campus or downtown.

Great Residence

The Westdale Parke is a great deal considering the high prices at Austin area. Even though the location is a little bit too far away from the central area, the Far West neighborhood has a good infrastructure, groceries and restaurants nearby. The management is great and maintenance was fast every time I needed. Highly recommended.

Wonderful apartment complex!

Westdale Pointe has one of the best management teams I've encountered so far! Victoria is very nice and helped to sort things out for us so that we could have a really smooth move in. The environment here is quiet and perfect for graduate students like me. And the residents here are kind enough to offer help to us when we were moving in.

Hunters Chase is a decent apartment for the price. The floorplans are pretty large but the building itself is pretty old and some of the units can be pretty rundown.

Nice Little Apartment

This apartment is at a peaceful neighbourhood and we chose here as it is a good place for graduate students, rather than the the apartments near campus and frats. Maintenance is quick and the staff at the office is really helpful and sweet. Neighbours are friendly too.

Quiet and spacious, but old and outdated

The rent is cheap, but the apartment and amenities need some major renovation. Lots of insects because of trees everywhere. We have covered parking, but you have to to pay more for it. Otherwise, you can park in the outside area. There is lots of shade from all the trees so it is quiet cool in the summer on the balcony.
