Nice Co-op Building
My wife and I love out apartment and, more generally, living in Inwood. As sub-tenants we pay our rent directly to the owner of our apartment, rather than to a building management company. Such arrangements can be difficult to come across. In terms of Inwood, it is one of the last affordable neighborhoods in Manhattan. It's great because the commute to school is super fast via the A Train, yet we're far enough removed from the "hustle and bustle" of busier, more expensive neighborhoods.

Love my apartment
My apartment is 30 mins by train from the law campus on the A and 1 lines. Can be delays sometimes but overall convenient.
