Cute and modern basement apartment
My roommate and I have lived there since August. We chose a basement apartment because we liked the size and layout better than some others we saw in the same complex. With that being said there is little natural light. However, everything is brand new in the apartment; it's gated with a code for the gate and the door; parking is an extra $75 a month to park in the parking lot, but street parking hasn't been a problem.
