Amazing Value
Living further from campus definitely gives you more bang for your $$$. The apartments are much larger and very well maintained. They have 24-hour maintenance if needed and are so responsive if needed. In our 3 years here our maintenance reports have never gone more than 24 hours without being addressed. The apartment complex has a pretty outdoor pool on site and then across the parking lot you also have access included to the sandy bottom man-made beach which is awesome for swimming laps or just going to the beach! The apartments are usually entirely updated between tenants and always look amazing on move in. All are laundry in unit and all come with at least 1 heated garage parking spot. Multiple of my friends have moved in here and love the place just as much! Only downside is their fitness center isn’t one of those fancy ones with a yoga studio. We have the usual treadmills, elliptical, and a stationary bike. Luckily apartment is connected to the trail system for all of the outdoor life you can want.
