Park 7 is cool

Park 7 is nice. Its in a decent area that is changing fast. My only complaint is that it is not in Northeast where the rest of my friends live but it is cheap and relatively new. Nobody bothers me and there is a dunkin doughnuts and popeys at the bottom.

not bad if trying to save money

Overall, descent apartment. new, clean, safe, comfortable community and not bad on the eyes at all. The community is nice. There are always a few crazies, but nothing that would make you want to move. My main reason for living here is the price. If you are a young professional trying to save, this is the place for you
