Great Apartment
2 level apartment offers plenty of space for a divorced man. kitchen is newly renovated and the appliances are in great condition. building is well maintained and stairwells are cleaned daily. Shopping center offers great amenity base with restaurants, grocery store, banks and other services.

Very noisy
You hear your neighbours' activities, when they walk, use shower or even loudly talk.. also apartment has some strange smell, maybe from carpet cleaning or wall painting, but no airing nor wet cleaning does help.

Noisy apartments due to thin walls
Very thin walls: all building can hear when you use restroom. When someone walking, you hear it very clearly. Amenities: to use printer you need to bring own paper; you can't control temperature inside fitness center and it's about 75! and finally there are a lot of dog's crap on footpathes

Very comfortable, secluded, except for the sirens
A great, safe apartment complex with lots of sunlight, sound proof, high ceilings, beautifully kept property. Management is friendly and helpful. Apartments are very spacious. Downside is its right next to the hospital and fire station so there are a lot of sirens.
