Good Quality for Price
I love it here. Good quality for the price and close to all of the amenities of Reston. I would recommend this area. Parking could be better but there is visitor parking. The building is loud between units but that is to be expected living in an apartment complex

Close to Everything
Great space! Hardwood floors, upgraded kitchen. Close to RTC, metro, trader joes. Plenty of parking spots. Apartment comes with two parking spots but is a three bedroom condo. Would prefer a separate laundry room instead of in the kitchen. Overall excited to live here!

Just enough space
We've been pleasantly surprised with how large it feels for 1200 sq feet. Our specific unit has updated granite countertops and kitchen appliances, so it's a really great value. Although we rent through a landlord, there is a management office that takes care of changing filters and maintaining the building itself. The location to the Wiehle-Reston metro stop is extremely convenient as well and makes getting into DC extremely convenient.
