Disappointed
I went to a member of their management team in their office to ask about my daughter flying out here from Michigan to visit me. When the management team member asked me how long she would be out here, I responded 9 days. The management team member replied that it was fine because it was under 12 days and that there was nothing they needed me to do. With only two days into my daughter's visit, I got a threatening email from another member of the management team. Not only that, but she was cold and rude to my daughter. Because I had already been given permission, I did not make my daughter stay in a hotel or have to provide her credit check information, all of which she did not feel comfortable and of which the request was highly unnecessary. Communication in their office proved to be un-unified. I understand that misunderstandings can happen. But the rudeness and coldness was uncalled for. My daughter has serious health issues and I have no idea when I will be able to see her again. It wasn't easy for her to make the trip out here because she gets sick when she flies and she has high anxiety traveling alone. But she went through all that just to see me. I pay my rent early every month, and I have been very cordial and transparent with everything. I never break any rules and have always been an open-communicator with their staff. I am disgusted with the way my daughter was treated.
