Great if you want to get away
The property itself is really quiet with singles, couples, and young families. Many military members and police officers live in the complex due to its location. It's very safe and completely gated. The amenities are really nice, and the management is cooperative. The property used to have problems with scorpions inside units. There have recently been property-wide treatments, and I have only found one inside this summer (compared to at least one every day last summer). Multiple dog parks throughout the complex.

Great if you want to get away
I love living here because it gets me away from campus and away from all other students. The surrounding neighborhoods are single family residences. It's safe, well lit, quiet.
