Great Little Apartment
This complex is older (I believe built in the 80s), however, it is slowly being updated (new paint, new flooring on porch for new each resident, new windows, new sliding glass door in majority of units), VERY CLEAN (never had issues with pests) pets of all sizes are seen on the property and each apartment gets one covered parking. Water, sewer, trash included. Plenty of storage space in unit, large patio, personal half size washer/dryer in each unit (except third floor) and full size community washer/dryers available. Close to the US-60. Plenty of businesses nearby (15 minutes from Downtown Gilbert/Downtown Chandler and 20 minutes from A.T. Still University). Management/maintenance very responsive and friendly.
