Safe and pet friendly
Firstly, I think it's very safe because no criminal accidents have happened around me for almost five years. I usually run at 4 pm in my neighborhood, and very secure. Second, I raised a cat, and the rental apartment charged no pet fee (I heard some apartments set it). Third, the maintenance is so quick and free of charge. Fourth, it's very spacious as 1b1b and of great value .
