BEWARE

Beware of looking to rent from this property. I am giving you the Red Flag warning of not wasting your time with these people. The manager office staff have the nerves to always ask the residents to be patient with them of not knowing anything or resolving the issues of getting anything fixed. The maintenance guys, Lawd, bless their souls.. they come into your home smelling like weed. Not license carpenter at all, very limited on what they can do. They have had a lot of people to move out because their lack of commitment and breach of the contract, but they are quick to uphold you on your end of the contract of paying rent. Now they are trying to force people to use their credit card site to make more money, stating they will not take anymore in house payments. Here it is people apartments/townhomes were flooded, people have mold, broken appliances, toilets, tubs, disposal unit, air, heat all of this need attention to, let's not forget that one of the managers stated to a resident that it their choice if a resident should have air or heat . What kind of stuff is that. I know everyone need a place to live but if you looking for quality and up keep looking because this is not the place.
