Old building, some units renovated
Lived in an older unit thus paid a cheaper rent. The floor, fixtures, and appliances are some what dated. You get what you pay for. Management is generally responsive to maintenance needs though.

Great Building
Nice, high ceilings. New appliances. Great location; bars and restaurants are close by, bus stop is on the corner, Rittenhouse Square is two blocks away. There's no doorman so receiving packages can be a pain. Management team gets repairs completed quickly. Pet Friendly (large dogs, no breed restrictions).

Charming apartment with high ceilings
125 S. 21st St. is a walk-up with ~12 apartments managed by AMC Delancey. My apartment is a little older, with high ceilings and hardwood floors. Location is really great - just one block from Rittenhouse Square and only a few blocks away from Trader Joe's and the Schuylkill River trail. Amenities include in-building washer and dryer. Electric, gas, and internet are not included but this is great value for the location etc!
