Fantastic apartments in a close and safe area!
The District is an eight minute drive to WashU or thirty minutes via public transportation. The District is two minutes from a Schnucks, Walgreens, etc. We have never heard sirens in the distance or of any disturbance nearby. The rent is inexpensive, and pandemic permitting, you get free access to an on-site gym, pool, and dog parks. The only negative is that management takes too long getting back to you about something, unless it’s a maintenance issue.

Great for students with cars
I love living at The District. It is about an 8 minute commute from Washington University, and located minutes away from a shopping plaza that includes Target, Whole Foods, and restaurants. The price is a little high, most apartments run between $850-1000 per month. However, for this price you get wood floors, IN UNIT WASHER/DRYER, and all-new appliances. The District is pet friendly, and the neighborhood is incredibly quiet/safe. I've only needed to call maintenance one time and they were very prompt in fixing my issue. For students that don't mind driving to and from school, I would definitely recommend The District.
