Very large 1000sq appartment with 14(!) windows in the living rooms. Used to be a hospital so very well built with thick walls so you cannot hear neighbors. Right across street from park with grass all around building making it a great spot for dog owners. On edge of chinatown for great take out scene.

Metroclub is in a great location for an easy 15 minute walk to both market street and center city. With the pool, gym and outdoor area for pets you really don't need to leave the complex much. My only complaint for the building would be as amazing as the large windows are in all of the rooms, the heat during the summer gets intense. When you call for service to check your air they tell you you're lucky if you can get it down to 75 degrees.

This is a beautiful apartment with a great open floor plan. The windows are huge and span the whole wall to give a ton of natural light (kind of heats up a little too much depending on which side you are on morning or night). The walls are really thick so you can rarely hear neighbors or anybody above or below. The only problem is that it is a 1 bedroom 1 bath... but to access the bathroom you have to go through the bathroom (sucks when you have guests!). The downstairs pool/hot tub and cabana area is great for the summer and guests.

Great 2bed/2bath rented from a private owner. Huge closets. The front desk staff is friendly and always goes out of their way to say hello and remember our name. They even remember our dog's name. Parking isn't included but we rent a spot in the attached parking lot (very safe and secure). Neighbors are great. Great gym (but I don't go very often!). Pool has cabanas and a grill area with 3 large gas grills. I work in a nearby hospital so I can walk every day, but my husband uses the Septa station right across the street. Low key place, most residents are in their upper 20s or older.

We LOVE the Metroclub. Super walkable. Super friendly residents. This building has tons of amenities included. It is near Chinatown, Old City, the historical district, and all things center city. There is a lot of great shopping nearby and the views form our place are spectacular. Some units have balconies and outdoor space, which is a nice feature.
