Roomy and close to shopping

This apartment is a great value! The amount of space and storage that you get for the price is the best in the area!
I also love that the apartment is walking distance from the mall and tons of great restaurants. There are even more stores and restaurants being added on Broad Street within the next few months that will be walking distance!

Cheap & Big But Boring

This apartment is definitely really low in cost, it has a maximum commute of 10 minutes to west creek which is super nice. One thing that is also super nice about reflections is that the apartments are relatively large.

The problems I have with it, is that there is not really nightlife here, but if you are in short pump, that is what you get. A huge population in this community works at capital one so if you do not want to see your co workers, this is not the best place. There are also a lot of kids playing around all the time and leaving their toys everywhere. Lastly, the appliances with in the apartment are really bad, they do the job but nothing is energy efficient.

It's alright :/

There aren't any glaring issues with the property. The community is very safe there are often families taking a stroll day or night. The apartment itself is ok, not that modern. Carpeted with tile in the kitchen. Its clean but lacks a lot of lighting.

Close to work!

This is a very nice complex with good neighbors. My favorite part is that it's only a 10 minute drive to the office and walking distance of the Short Pump Shopping Mall. I feel very safe in the apartment complex. It is well maintained during the year. The apartment also offers 2 gyms and 2 pools.

Great Location & Amenities!

Reflections at west creek has been a great place to live. The proximity to Short Pump makes it great location, and having an Enterprise Car Rental at walking distance was very helpful during initial days of settling down. The location is very well maintained by the management.

I made several trips to Richmond to visit potential places to live and this was my favorite. I was looking for a place that is quiet, safe, and with a reasonable drive to class each day. It takes me 12-15 minutes to go from my front door to parking on campus, and my route is never backed up with the traffic that people in other parts of Richmond complain about!

My favorite thing about my quality of life here is that I live a 1-2 minute drive from Target, Kroger, Food Lion, Panera, Starbucks, CVS, Aldi, Wawa and more! It's so close that you can walk if you want to - I've done it on occasion. If you are looking for close proximity to restaurants and nightlife, this area in general is probably not what you're looking for. But if you want a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to convenient shopping, definitely consider this neighborhood!
Across from a business district. Grocery and shopping aren't too far away, but the location itself doesn't provide an authentic experience of Richmond. It is much more quiet than if you were to live in the Fan, but also lacks the experiences that come with that.
Not really a lot to do around my neighborhood, but it is close to school and a grocery store. Short pump is about 15 minutes away and downtown is about 20 so it is not too bad if you do want to do something.
Lots of grocery stores and chain restaurants in the area. Very safe. It may not be as exciting as the downtown area, but it is only a 10-minute drive away with the highways, and I would trade the excitement of downtown for the quietness of my current area. Not a lot of sidewalks if you want to go for a long walk or run though
It's quiet, cute, and generally safe. Commute is easy. A little far away from everything, but as long as the pandemic is going on I'm not sure exactly how much we're missing.

Drawback: you MUST drive anywhere you want to go. Nothing is walking distance, unless you want to walk along a major road (you don't).
Decent place. Lot of “lower income” people but some long term residents as well. Most people are cordial but not looking for friends.
I like how I am only a few minutes away from anything I need. I am very close to shopping areas on W Broad. It is also a short drive downtown. I feel like I can get anywhere in Richmond in 20 minutes.
I personally love living in this area. It’s safe and quiet, but still super close to both school and the city! There’s a lot of grocery options close by, as well as nearby parks.
