Great affordable complex for renters

I have lived at Summit Park since 2018. Great amenities - outdoor olympic pool, indoor pool, dog park, bar/restaurant, fitness classes. Fast to respond to maintenance requests. Rent includes all utilities except internet.

Great place for pet owners and suburban living

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time living at summit park. It is about a 25 minute commute into the city, but I enjoy the distance from downtown. It’s great for our dogs because there’s lots of greenery and parks nearby, as well as a dog park on-site. We are able to have a larger apartment for a very reasonable price.

Amazing for families

Very nice area. The complex has a great clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pool, gym, dog park, tennis courts, lots of grassy space. It's close to Wissahickon trail system. Transit to center city or campus takes about 45 minutes. Peaceful area that feels like a break from the city.

Great place for students on a budget

Summit Park Apartments has quite a bit to offer from indoor and outdoor pools to a dog park on site. Also, all utilities are included in the rent- so it’s very budget friendly. Bonus is that they have a shuttle that runs to Temple’s Health Science Campus during the week!

Nice area but outdated and understaffed

Place is nice, all the utilities are included. There's a gym, bar and two pools so that's nice. But they need major renovations to stay competitive. I lived there for 3+ years and I have to literally fight to get some of the new amenities that they are giving new tenants while raising my rent by $25/year. There has been several break-ins (ppl kicking in apt doors) and solicitations. In order to live at Summit Park, you HAVE TO have Photo ID, to access the clubhouse (where the gym, bar and pools are) why isnt that the case on ALL of the apartment building doors? There is no reason someone should be able to gingerly walk right up to my front door at 8 or 9pm when THEY DON'T LIVE IN SUMMIT PARK COMMUNITIES!!!

Nice place, safe area

I have lived in this apartment for about 2 years and have enjoyed it: the grounds are well kept outside, the apartment is spacious with large windows, maintenance staff quickly resolves issues, there is a gym with fitness classes, and there are washers and driers in each building.

Great Place for Young Professionals

I live with my boyfriend and my dog in a 2 bd; 1 ba apartment. We only planned to be there a year, but just signed a lease for our 3rd year. You can't beat the amenities it offers, and it's perfectly situated between Philly and King of Prussia - and only minutes from Manayunk and Conshohocken. All of the utilities (except internet) are included. They also offer rent credits if you recommend any of the Summit Philly properties to a friend (and they sign the lease). We've taken advantage of this a few times - who wouldn't want to save a few hundred dollars on rent! We haven't been able to find a better apartment option in the area and have loved our time at Summit Park.

Summit Park

The neighborhood is very safe in my opinion. Summit Park is across the street from a shopping complex that has a grocery store, a few resultants, a bank, Staples, and a two drug stores. It provides a shuttle service to Temple University's health campus which is convenient for students.

Love Summit!

Love living in summit park, it's so fun! Lived there for 3 Years and don't want to leave! The bar and pool are so fun, and the classes offered are AWESOME. It's great having guests over because parking is so easy too. The andorra shopping center next door is also super convenient.

Nice, affordable place right outside of Center City

The apartment complex although out of center city, is still considered Philadelphia and located just between manayunk and roxborough with close access to everything city wise and west wise, such as King of Prussia. The complex has studios up to three bedrooms, all the all utilities included except specialty cable (basic is included) and internet. The complex has free parking, in a lot! And also a clubhouse with indoor/outdoor pool, gym, fitness classes, and a bar!
