I don't plan on moving

The property is fine, the maintenance is usually timely, my kids love the pool that is at a nearby property, and the clubhouse by the pool has great food, drinks, and fun events. Our apartment is small, but I like the area, and I feel safe.

Valley High is Incredible

Our apartment is everything we could have asked for. The ONLY downside to it is that it's a little far from the fun of center city. They make up for it with having a free shuttle into the city. It doesn't run all day, so we have to plan and we still drive most days, but the shuttle is very nice. The driver's a cool dude, too. The apartment itself is small, but comfortable. Our daughters don't need much room, and because it's small its REALLY easy to clean. We have a gym membership that has been nice, but the pool access is really something that we will be taking more advantage of this summer. The clubhouse has a lot of deals for residents for food and adult beverages, too.
