Living at the locks

Very well put-together apartments. Clean, neat, and looks fantastic. Location is great but you can save a little bit by living in the fan or elsewhere. Incredibly safe.

Spacious, great location for great price

Great location, excellent price. TV included that is mounted in living room. All utilities included except for electric. Has a nice indoor patio that is unique design. Internet is 50/25 speeds. With parking and everything else, I pay around 850 total

Modern Feel, Great Location

Factories turned into apartments gives The Locks a great modern feel with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and exposed ceiling ducts/pipes. Great kitchen, decent sized bedrooms, secure garage parking. Timely maintenance and friendly office staff make for an overall great living experience. The gym is a little too small compared to the number of residents but no other complaints!

Awesome

I love living at the Locks. Apartments are cozy in size, which is understandable given the demand and location - but that's probably my only complaint. Appliances are brand new.

Super close to bars and restaurants in the central business district. Staff here has always been really nice and accommodating. The gym is wonderful to have on site.

Unique place to live

I really enjoy my place and the location and staff. I probably won't sign another lease there though. I like to record music and I find it hard to do when I share thin walls with neighbors. I'll be looking for a place with four walls to myself, probably for a cheaper price, although it may not be in as nice of a location.

Love the neighborhood. It's only growing/expanding. Close to work for most people. Not noisy at all. Farm Fresh grocery store is nearby (a 20min walk, or short uber away).
