Central Office

Central Office District is the business part of Downtown Richmond. It is regarded by many as the city’s core. The demographics of this area are a younger working-age population. This part of town is filled with tall office buildings and highrises. The main attractions on this side of the city include Kanawha Plaza, Richmond Federal Reserve Bank, Dominion Virginia Power's, and Virginia Tourism Corporation. A great hotspot to visit is the Virginia State Capitol. This historic landmark was built back in 1785.
Central Office District has plenty of spots to eat at within its vicinity. Many of these places have high ratings online and many recommendations from the residents who live there. Restaurants in the area include Chicanos Cocina Bar & Grill, Cafe Ole World Grill, Belle, Citizen, Mom's Siam 2 Restaurant, and Mijas Cantina. Bars in the area include Rosie Connolly's Pub Restaurant, Penny Lane Pub, Thirst, and Fifth Bar, and McCormack's Irish Pub. Central Office is a great place to live that’s in the center of the business world of Richmond.
