Close to downtown and James River Trails. But High Crime Area.
High crime area, just across the bridge from downtown. Close to trails. Lots of break-ins / robberies. Cars parked out front have windows broken regularly as the locals look for spare change. Upgrade to gated parking garage and still have your car broken into. Management sends out emails reminding residents to always lock front doors to apartments as even residents break into other residents' homes.

Crime in the apartment complex which management ignores
I have experienced a theft from my vehicle while it was parked over-night inside the fully gated key-fob access resident-only parking garage--and management did absolutely nothing, despite the fact that there are cameras in the garage they could have checked.

This has been a great place to live. Proximity to downtown is perfect. The office and maintenance staff are excellent. Only downside is the internet that is included in the rent could be better. The building is new with lots of modern features included.

Spacious, Safe, and Sunny
Huge windows and lots of natural light! The location is very convenient for both my husband and I, our commute is less than 10 minutes! The management staff is friendly and efficient. The rent is quite high, but it seems to be worth it. I plan to renew.
