Rude, unfair and unprofessional customer service

Rude, unfair and unprofessional customer service. I was a former renter at this place and I applied again-they refused allow me to apply saying i was on a do not rent to list. I always paid my rent on time and did not cause any problems (I was never advised by management that I did anything wrong). When i asked why i could not reapply they refused to tell me why. I am adult and can take no for an answer but I believe I should receive a reason why- how arrogant, rude and unprofessional. The location is near Belltown' amenities but the neighborhood has been plagued with increasing crime and homelessness issues. Once when I was there someone smashed the front door and it has to be replaced, another time the police had to be called to resolve a domestic violence issue- i do not recommend.
