Never move here

Constant yelling at all hours of the night. Elevator never works. Maintenance requests take weeks to be finished, and that's AFTER I called the office. Landlord is nice but is rarely available. No extra amenities whatsoever and coin laundry cost almost $5 a load.

Only for temporary use

There's a reason people only sign 3-6 month rent agreements here. The laundry service is almost $4 per load wash and dry included, the elevator almost never runs correctly, and we've experienced numerous electrical problems since moving in here. Not great at all
