Good temporary housing.
Location is great as it is easy to get to Honeymoon Island beach and only a 25 minute drive to school. I work at Mease Countryside Hospital and only a 15 minute drive. The complex is old, not luxury, but spacious and only charge one pet deposit, no pet rent. In-unit laundry appliances provided. Parking can be challenging at times but I don’t mind a short walk. Across the street from Target, Petsmart, Michael’s, and 5 minutes from 2 Publix supermarkets. Walking distance from Upper Tampa Bay Trail. When 1st moved in we had a problem with German roaches; pest control was not the best so I hired my own and sealed cracks/holes on my own and after 4 months have not had any problems (lived here for >1 yr). Also not everyone picks up after their dog and doggy stations are placed across the grass not near walkways. At night use a flashlight not to step on anything undesirable if you walk across the grass. Maintenance is not the most responsive but friendly.
