Love my apartment. Management, meh.

I do love my apartment. The amenities are top notch. It looks like the best in the area.
The complex is pretty decent. There's a new manager so hopefully information will be relayed in a more timely manner.
When I moved in, the coating on the floor was uneven. Still is. The light in the parking lot has been out for years. There has been a McDonalds cup stuck to the fence for a few months. A discarded bed next to the dumpster for at least a week.
I often get the run around with information. Was told that I could have my new parking pass placed on my door. After a month of waiting and calling. Finally was told that I would have to come into the office to get the pass.
It took them over 3 months to send me my new lease to sign. I finally got that after my previous lease had expired. Luckily I had decided to go in and sign my new lease in person. A week later they stuck my lease on my door. It was dated 3 months earlier when I'd originally requested.
They seemed really disorganized. Hopefully that will change.

I have been living at Atrium Lofts at Cold Storage for over 2 years now and just signed another 17 month lease. I love this place - best value in downtown Richmond for all the amenities and the modern apartments. Would recommend to any working professional.

Spacious and All Amenities Included

Everything is great, I love the apartment. The management has been pretty responsive to requests and concerns and office hours are reasonable. But I do wish the mandatory quiet hours are better enforced, especially during the warmer weather days and weekends.
