Good for the money
The Cove is in a great location and is good for the money you pay. Definitely not luxury but great for grad students. It is worth it to pay for an upstairs because you hear everything on the bottom floor. Pros include location, bay access, cheaper rent than others in the South Tampa area. Cons are noise.
