Great location
Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. Located on great bus routes to downtown and other neighborhoods. The studio is simple, clean and well designed. The layout and sleek design contributes for abundant natural light. Only complaint is it get noisy at times.

Great views and central location
A big plus is the view from the apartment. You can see the Puget Sound, downtown skyline from the roof top. Close to downtown and restaurants.Carpet is clean and amenities are decent. Downside is the ongoing construction. A little noisy and elevator breaks down often.
