Edlandria
This is a great apartment complex for families or couples. All utilities and parking are included in the rent. Starting rent for us was $1550. Edlandria usually runs a move-in deal such as first month free. Takes 35-55 minutes to commute to GW at Foggy Bottom depending on buses and metro. Very large units, washer/dryer in each unit, new carpet for each new move-in, crown molding, Security guards in the parking lots at night. The fitness center is decent. Mangers live in the complex as well so they are very responsive and helpful. Kind and quick maintenance staff.
