Crime and Grime. TONS of property crime and a constant risk of being mugged or worse. Be prepared to dodge needles, rogue homeless people, and a variety of drunks. Only good thing about the neighborhood is the cheap food nearby, and the short walk to campus.
Good food around and very close to campus but not much else to do and not actually a very clean or scenic area
Close to school, always people around, stuff going on, stuff open late, water and greenery and bus lines all nearby.
Overall safe, but not clean.
Easy access to everything. Close to campus. Beautiful place.
Not a great area to live in general. Only real upsides are being close to UW campus and close to basic necessities like supermarkets, bus lines, etc.
Love Seattle and everything that goes on there! Recommend living in Seattle instead of the suburbs.
Prohibitively expensive for students, but it feels safe.
