Edgewater Apartments

Hard to beat the location. Complex is situated a few blocks from Madison Park Beach. Amazing place to be in summer time. Short walk to the beach or hang out in one of the bbq areas on waterfront or complex pool. Even in the winter Madison Park is wonderful place to be. Rent is really reasonable. Granted building is fairly old and its a huge complex. Management could be friendlier though.

Old military housing right on the water

This place is beautiful. It is a great community with decks on the water and gorgeous courtyards. Walking distance to bars, shops, and banks. A mile from the arboretum. The landlord is very helpful and laid back. Wood floors are a must! No washer and dryer or dishwasher.
