Not perfect, but it's been great!

I've had no real issues with my apartment. We have a washer and dryer in unit and a covered parking spot in the building. Pet rent (cats only) and parking are very reasonable. There is an online payment portal I use for paying rent and for submitting maintenance requests. It's a bit small for two people and a cat, but was fine for just me and the cat. There's also quite a bit of in-unit storage, which has been nice. It's right off a bus line that goes downtown and to school. My big issue is that the recycling gets VERY FULL, and then people get lazy about breaking their boxes down and the trash/recycling shed gets messy.

Lake Union Terrace

Like any location this apartment has its pros and cons. While the location is in the middle of everything making it easy to uber, drive, or bus to downtown, capitol hill, ballard, queen anne, university place, there is not really a whole lot to do in Eastlake. The neighborhood is very quite though which is a perk if you don't like the noise of living in other neighborhoods. The building itself it well kept and the landlord Bob is very nice and gets back to you quickly. I live in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath and for how much it cost its HUGE. There is also in-unit washer and dryers. The building is also very secure. All doors are locked at all times. Street parking is typically easy to find, but off street parking is well priced based off of other Seattle parking prices.
