Great new building!

The Century is a great building for me - close walk to work and central to most parts of Seattle. The amenities are amazing - great roof, awesome gym facility, and responsive/helpful management staff! The building is also filled with friendly neighbors and there are plenty of events planned to get to know those you live with.

The neighborhood has some grocery stores and food options, however it is more geared towards professionals as there are a few tech companies with large campuses nearby. Because of this, many food options close early and are not open on weekends. However, it is close enough to Capitol Hill that there are nightlife options if you're willing to walk a little ways.
I love this neighborhood. Cascade is right next to SLU and Downtown, so you have lots of restaurants and cafes and things nearby, but this area is pretty residential (and Amazon offices), so it's laid back and a bit quieter than in Downtown.
You Can take a quick uber ride anywhere in the city and you can walk to bars, restaurants and lake union! It's a up and coming location and there is lots to do!
I love the lake! Fun places to eat, a lot of parks, and overall just beautiful. Feels a little sketch to walk around alone at night, but I've only had one incident with an inappropriate drunk(?) guy, and nothing serious.
Very safe to walk around, close to the Lake Union park, 15 minute walk to downtown that crosses through the shopping areas. Brisk walk uphill to get to the trendier restaurants and bars.
Quiet in the evenings when all the tech employees leave and ongoing construction stops
Denny Triangle has many pros and cons. Pros - central to most Seattle neighborhoods, quick walk downtown, some good restaurants/bars. Cons - not the safest neighborhood, could have more going on.
Good walkability, good location, close to downtown
