Nice but pricey

The apartments at this building are nice and newly remodeled. The maintenance staff is nice and helpful, though there aren't many maintainence issues, generally. Lots of the neighbors have dogs. And the location is walking distance from lots of shops and places to eat.
Only down side is that there is NO air conditioning, which is often surprising considering how nicely renovated the units are.

This neighborhood and quaint and quiet. There a very few distractions and nuisances. It had a nice mix of old and new builds and the people appear friendly.

The area around the complex gets a little noisy sometimes. I've never had trouble sleeping because of it, though. I would not say that I feel in danger walking/biking around the area, but I could imagine how some people would. Public transit is close by, which is nice. Access to Pearl St. or CU Boulder is simple, which is also a plus.

The neighborhood is lively during the day (lots of dogs and their owners out for a walk), but generally clams down and is quiet at night. Except for the occasional drunk group of friends walking home on Friday night and talking way too loudly.
