Great place to live! It is very close to GW SON campus and lots of living room.

It's within a mile of campus and the renovated apartments are very nice. Really great location for first two semesters of school, but afterwards, closer to D.C. Is much more desirable. Parking is great and free, management always comes in a timely manner when requests are made, the staff is super friendly, and overall very nice.

Louden Heights is right down the road from campus, making it a great place for GW Nursing! Lots of other students live here too, so study groups and carpools to/from clinical are easy to form. The units themselves are nicely renovated, with not a ton of storage but enough. Only major complaints are that no utilities are included, making for a ton of bill to keep track of, and also the gym is sooo awful. I ended up getting a membership to a gym nearby, because its so bad. The pictures of it on the website are a bit deceiving...it's super small, and the machines are often "out of order". Currently they're renovating the entire main building, so maybe it'll get better? But overall, I'd recommend it if you're new to the area and part of the nursing program.

Loudoun heights is about a 3 minute drive from the GWU Ashburn campus and let me tell you, it's awesome if you wake up late like me. Since I'm only 3 minutes away from campus it's nice not having to deal with morning traffic commuting on the 7! My unit is newly renovated and the apartment staff are very nice and accommodating. My only complaint is that walls are somewhat thin, and I can hear my neighbors kids if they're screaming or crying.

They are quick to respond to maintenance calls. The apartments are nice and the location relative the GW VSTC is great. I would never live on the second floor again, as the walls are paper thin and I hear my upstairs neighbors round the clock. The gym is also a dismal letdown if you were counting on using it. The pool, however, is nice and the staff is all very friendly.

- about 0.5 miles from campus
- plenty of space for parking
- management office has been helpful when problems arise

Cons-
- PAPER THIN walls, I can hear when my neighbor's phone rings
- NO overhead lighting in bedrooms and living room, which is just kind of dumb. my bedroom is essentially a cave once the sun sets. (even with multiple lamps)
- Ashburn is an incredibly boring place to live. Roommate and I are looking to move closer to DC ASAP.
