Good Overall, with Some Community Issues
The apartment is good overall, although it can feel a little small when we have visitors. The community is okay, but we have had some issues with the neighbors across from us. They often leave trash around, and the children are frequently outside without adult supervision. Sometimes they come into our building and run up and down the stairs, which can be disruptive. On a positive note, the leasing office staff is very kind and helpful. Overall, considering the price and the location, I think it is a decent place to live.
