Great apartment
Great apartment, close to Eastern Market and Barracks Row, close to metro, buses, grocery stores, hardware store, etc. Building is mostly owners with just a few renters. Environment is quiet and low key. Rooftop is amazing. Parking garage below building.

Great location, just a short distance from the metro, Barracks Row, and Eastern Market, walking distance of several grocery stores, roof has a great view of the Capitol, you can even see as far as Nats Stadium, building is a combination of families and working professionals.
