Great space!

I really like living in Alma Tower. The rent is realistic for how spacious the apartment is! We have more than enough room for 2 people and a cat. Long Island City is a little underdeveloped but that makes it a nice getaway from fast-paced manhattan. Only a few blocks away are the great bars and restaurants of Astoria.

Spacious and clean but could be a little quieter

I love my actual apartment - the rooms are big, the hardwood floors are great, the balcony is an awesome touch. Unfortunately, even though we live in an undeveloped area, it is very loud at night and early morning due to clubs and construction workers

Great location that is not too far from school, and near lots of restaurants and shops. Very young and lively area.

Astoria has great restaurants and bars, and it's very family-oriented and safe. I live right next to a middle school and a park, and there are always lots of kids around. You get more space for less money, and it's a lot quieter than Manhattan!

It’s lovely. Plenty of places to eat and activities to do around the neighborhood. It’s really safe at all times of the day.
