Responsive Landlord, Well-Kept Building

4615 Center Boulevard is a very well kept, quiet, and modern building. We've had a great experience here so far (~6 months). Of particular note is the responsiveness of TFC to any issues we've had. The best example - albeit for a minor issue - was when I noticed a wheel for the dishwasher rack was broken. I sent an email at around 11 PM on a Sunday night and by Monday morning at 10 AM, I had gotten an email saying that they fixed it and provided a picture to show the before & after. I don't think I could have been happier with the alacrity of service.

Best Doormen, Great Building And Views

4615 Center Blvd was our favorite of the TFC waterfront properties with amazing views and by far the best doormen. Would highly recommend this property - esp. if you are looking at the other TFC LIC spots. If you want a good gym - $50 membership gets you into the 4545 state-of-the-art gym, rooftop club. There is also a small gym in the building but it's not good.

Love Living In High Rise Buildings In Lic

Love my apartment. Appliances are new, we have an amazing view of Manhattan from my balcony. LIC has tons of bars and restaurants and I feel extremely safe. The neighborhood is extremely dog friendly and the people who live here are young professionals, and some young families - great community.

Hunters Point Reviews

Interesting neighborhood - lots of new construction and new bars and restaurants spring up all the time. Could use more food shopping options and a drug store though.

Transport links are second to none, you can be in Midtown in less than 10 minutes and it's easy to get to just about every part of Manhattan.
The building is in an excellent area. Right on the water, easy walk to multiple bars and restaurants. It is also a five minute walk to the 7 subway line.
Very safe and clean, many luxury buildings with young professionals and young families. Great views of Manhattan. Very residential - not many fast casual spots or stores, but there are good restaurants.
Quiet and calm place: meaning peaceful days, but just a few restaurants and placed to go nearby.
It's close to everything! There is always something to do.
Awesome restaurants, parks, views, commute.
