Awesome condo building

Modern condo building in the heart of Hunter's Point in Long Island City. A short two minute walk to the 7 train, and one stop to Grand Central. The building has a 24 hour doorman who picks up all packages and handles dry cleaning. There's a fitness center and resident lounge are available. Great building with friendly neighbors!

Interesting neighborhood - lots of new construction and new bars and restaurants spring up all the time. Could use more food shopping options and a drug store though.

Transport links are second to none, you can be in Midtown in less than 10 minutes and it's easy to get to just about every part of Manhattan.

The building is in an excellent area. Right on the water, easy walk to multiple bars and restaurants. It is also a five minute walk to the 7 subway line.

Very safe and clean, many luxury buildings with young professionals and young families. Great views of Manhattan. Very residential - not many fast casual spots or stores, but there are good restaurants.
