Great building

Great building, amazing neighborhood. Views are apsolutely spectacular. South, West and North. Great gym, pool with the view, all equipment and the sauna, huge plus. Doorman, concierge, great live in superintendent. Building is old so heating is not great, pipes froze few times, but overall very good.
