Encore apartments
Great modern housing complex in the center of town. Full amenities, in house gym, parking garage, pool and hot tub and grill area. This is a great student complex but a little bit pricey compared to alternatives. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Had a refrigerator die on me and it was replaced next day by noon. Really great to know your maintenance requests don't just disappear into a black hole. The only issue I have is that my apartment is a corner building right on 400S and I have to listen to Trax rumbling by every morning. Some of the more recessed apartments probably have much better noise levels simply because they aren't in such close proximity with street facing windows. It's not the worst thing though.
