Le Grenier

Great condo. Rent from private owner so you need a realtor to tour and help you apply. Modern with updated appliances. Lots of space if you have a partner or roommate to split with. Perfect distance from work. It is about a 5-6 minute walk away but far enough from the chaos of center city that it feels residential. Families with small children live here. About a 7 min walk from two grocery stores and a huge park with a playground and tennis/pickleball courts.

Only con is that the big windows let a lot of sun in during the summer so the AC bill can get hefty and the apartment gets hot.

Le Grenier Condos

I love my condo. These condos have floor-to-ceiling windows and so much light. The building is well kept. I have in-unit laundry, trash and recycling on each floor, and there is someone cleaning the building 3x a week. It is exceptionally quiet. There are only 3 condos per floor so not a lot of people in the building. The street is relatively quiet and I live on the 6th floor so there isn't any noise with the windows closed. The only bad thing is that there are no amenities. No doorman, no gym, no study areas.
